Introduction
reFRESH Cowichan Marketplace is a dignified and inclusive grocery store offering recovered fruit and vegetables, value-added products, and locally made goods to nourish our community. We also carry organic dairy products, local meat, bulk pantry staples, and locally grown vegetables from KinPark Youth Urban Farm and Cowichan Farm Hub in the summer months.
