Introduction

From the beginning, Old Town Bakery’s intentions were to provide quality, yet affordable, from scratch baking, reminiscent of Grandma’s treats. That said, their secret ingredient has always been love! What really put them on the map was being voted “Island’s Best Cinnamon Buns – Reader’s Choice” by Victoria’s Times Colonist. This was when the demand for cinnamon buns grew and they were able to expand their variety of flavours. They’ve been known to make an upwards of 96 dozen buns on Saturday mornings.
